Cheryl L. Cervenka
Cheryl L. Cervenka is a Training and Communications Consultant
bringing forth more than 16 years of related experience. Previously,
Ms. Cervenka was the Director of Communications for Bohler
Engineering, responsible for all marketing efforts and the training of
700 employees, spanning 13 offices on the East Coast. All curriculums
were developed, managed and facilitated by Ms. Cervenka. Areas of
focus were Time Management and Organization, Leadership, Coaching,
Sales and Networking skill development.
Prior to that position, Ms. Cervenka worked in the banking industry
for 12 years in various management capacities. Her last role was as a
Vice President for Commerce Bank, currently TD Bank, responsible for
$2 billion in assets, 9 branches and a 200 employee region. Ms.
Cervenka regularly conducted Sales, Service and Leadership classes and
created and would oversee mentoring and management development
associate programs.
Ms. Cervenka graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s College in
Patchogue, NY with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and a minor
in Human Resource Management. Cheryl is active in several Long Island
networking associations and charities.
Barbara Walters
Barbara Walters brings 20 years experience in the areas of corporate
training and organizational development including strategic planning.
She holds certifications in Total Performance Management Training,
Diversity Management Training, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact,
Preventing Sexual Harassment, Promoting Employee Recognition, and
Retail Sales Management Training.
Barbara has served as a human resource and training leader for the
following industries: Accounting, Advertising, Cable, Consumer
Products, Electronics, Financial Services, Food and Beverage,
Hospitality, Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Retail. She
is also a past-president of the Long Island Chapter of ASTD (American
Society for Training and Development).
